Structural Modeler (AISC Standard)

Job Description

Experience with AISC drawing standard.
Preparation of drawings/ 3D model using Tekla software.
Study inputs, raise quarries, communicate with seniors or customer for clarifications.
Maintain quality of work by following standards, best Engineering practices client requirements.
Closely coordinate with team leader project coordinator project.
Manager to compete project as per scope within decided time frame.
Should be responsible for completing drawing preparation including Tekla modeling etc.
Study project thoroughly suggest most convenient profitable way to complete the project.
Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion according to schedule. Give satisfactory reason in case of targeted wok is not completed within given time.
Produce production ready drawings ensure error less work by understanding client requirement.
Ensuring timely completion of all allocated projects
Clear communication about any variations or amendments to the team leader, project coordinator or customer.
Complying with project status updates adjusting activities as needed to meet project timelines.
Coordinate resolution site problems.
Ensuring conformance to customer specifications, company standards as well as other regulation requirements.
Assist in day-to-day department operations when necessary
Explain drawings to site teams and provide suggestions as necessary.
