Structural Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design engineering, with specific expertise in RCC and steel structure design. This role involves working on industrial and data centre projects, requiring a minimum of 6 to 25 years of experience, ranging from junior to leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components for industrial and data centre projects.
- Develop detailed structural designs using RCC and steel materials.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.
Must-Have Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Structural Design Engineer.
- Expertise in RCC and steel structure design.
- Experience in industrial and data centre projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in structural design software and tools.
Good-to-Have Key Skills
- Experience with advanced structural analysis software.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
- Project management experience.
