Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience in leading negotiations or business development.
Experience in acquiring services or driving business development with providers of colocation, dark fiber, capacity, and network services.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in navigating and deriving regulatory, business, and technical environments.
Knowledge of edge and global carrier networks.
Ability to build consensus and provide clarity in business and technical environments.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiators overseeing commercial negotiations and vendor relationships.
Develop and execute plans for network infrastructure acquisition, ensuring alignment with Google's growth objectives.
Negotiate agreements for managed optical services, dark fiber, space, and submarine cable infrastructure.
Cultivate partnerships with government and regulatory bodies to advance Google's network infrastructure goals.
Present recommendations and updates to Google leadership.
