Position:Store Manager
Gender: Female
Location: Lower Parel
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their beauty and skincare needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable products to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is visually appealing.
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and inventory with accuracy.
- Stay updated with new product launches and brand initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in retail or beauty industry (freshers not preferred).
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
