Job Description
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool and expand store traffic
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in fashion, business, or relevant field preferred
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer management skills
