Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage store staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Role : Contractual (Extendable)

Location : Mumbai, Surat

Experience : 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Drive sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rate, average bill value, and footfall.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, audits, and shrinkage control.
• Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouses for timely stock availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate preferred with 2- 5 years of experience in Retail, Footwear, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer handling skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to analyze store performance and implement corrective actions.
• Good knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, reports, and inventory management.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
