Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor / Store Manager to manage retail operations at our Airport outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling customers, driving sales, and managing store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations

Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations as per company standards
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
Actively engage with customers and drive sales through strong product recommendations
Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Handle stock management, inventory control, and minimize stock variance
Ensure adherence to security protocols (cash, stock, store assets)
Support reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

Sales & Performance

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store revenue
Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to improve performance

Team Management

Supervise and guide store staff to ensure high performance
Train team members on product knowledge and customer service standards
Maintain discipline, grooming, and service quality within the team

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have experience in Retail / Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Excellent English communication preferred)
Customer-centric approach with strong sales mindset
Experience in handling store operations, stock, and team coordination
Presentable, confident, and energetic personality
Comfortable working in shift-based roles (Airport operations)
Candidates staying near Vile Parle / Andheri will be highly preferred
