Job brief:

Were looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer who can bring strong product thinking to the design process.

This role is for someone who can understand business goals, user needs, and system constraints and translate them into intuitive, well-structured experiences. You should be comfortable solving product problems, simplifying workflows, and designing interfaces that are not only visually strong but also useful, scalable, and grounded in real user behavior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric experiences across web and mobile products
• Convert complex product requirements into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape solutions from problem definition to final execution
• Identify friction points in user journeys and improve usability through thoughtful interaction design
• Balance business needs, user expectations, and technical feasibility in your design decisions
• Create prototypes that help teams align faster and make better product decisions
• Contribute to and strengthen design systems for consistency, scalability, and faster execution
• Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and feedback sessions with a problem-solving mindset
• Bring clarity to ambiguous requirements and help teams move from ideas to actionable product experiences
• Continuously improve the quality of the product through better UX thinking, interface refinement, and attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Ability to think beyond screens and solve end-to-end product problems
• Experience in designing workflows, dashboards, forms, and task-based digital experiences
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and consistency
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Ability to explain design decisions with logic, clarity, and user empathy
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates product thinking, problem-solving, UX depth, and polished UI execution
