Job Description:

Graduate with 15 years of experience in design skills
Female candidates preferred.
Candidates should have creative flair, artistic ability, and a good eye for color, texture, fabrics, and patterns.
Researching and studying about current trends in the industry, market, and fashion
Conceptualizing and developing creative concepts and themes for their designs
Designing and creating sketches, renderings, and colorways of fabric designs.
Producing and assembling fabric samples and swatches, and overseeing the production of the designs.
Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs.
Coordinating with other departments in the production process.
Marketing and selling products online, at craft fairs, or through retail outlets.
Research properties of new textiles and fabrics made from sustainable materials.
Understanding and experience of using different textile processes and technique.
