Job Description

QUALIFICATION :

BE in Mechanical, Production or Electronics or Business Proven technical skills on product and process

Experience 3 to 6 years experience from Automobile industry.

Keyskills:

Quality, NPD, New product development, GDT, PPAP, CFT, PFMEA, DFMEA, CAPA, "customer complaint", "supplier Quality", PDIR

Job profile:
Preparation of Quality documents ie. PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA
Quality inspection New product development of Parts, Assembly and final products
CFT Partification during development phase, Knowledge of GDT/AutoCAD
Preparation of Assembly tools, Gauges, Testers etc for new products as per timelines
handling client complaints, CAPA / Corrective Preventive actions
Supplier quality, resolution of problems
Dica resolutions 8D format etc
Electronic parts inspection PDIR
