Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

MBA

Experience

Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in MEP Projects, Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or large infrastructure projects preferred

Salary Budget

20 LPA to 25 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in MEP systems and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance operations, ensuring smooth functioning of MEP services, handling troubleshooting activities, and leading site teams to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall Operations & Maintenance activities for MEP systems

Ensure efficient functioning of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, utility, and mechanical systems

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimum downtime

Lead and supervise O&M teams, vendors, and subcontractors

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and facility teams for smooth project operations

Prepare maintenance reports, SOPs, checklists, and technical documentation

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality procedures

Handle breakdown analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Monitor AMC contracts, inventory, spare management, and cost optimization

Support energy-saving initiatives and operational improvements

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management

Expertise in HVAC, pumps, chillers, firefighting, plumbing, and utility systems

Good leadership and team management skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards

Good communication and client-handling skills

Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate with experience in high-rise buildings, commercial projects, hospitals, data centers, or industrial facilities will be preferred

Ability to manage multiple sites and maintenance teams effectively

Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
