Job Description
Designation: Sr Manager Finance, Supply Chain
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of 3 year strategic plan for the business unit (mainly manufacturing units) , Drive reduction in cost per unit.
Review of monthly actual results with analysis of what is working well and what requires attention , Publish manufacturing score card .
Unlock and drive saving opportunities.
Drive Process and Design BOM validation
Proactively look for the internal and external opportunities i.e. Benchmarking
Manage and drive reduction of the working capital , creditors , inventory ageing and analysis , reduction in slow moving and obsolete inventory
Automation / standardisation of reports and MIS across all the manufacturing units , sourcing and logistic function.
Support preparation of finance business cases , including investments , paybacks , Make Vs Buy
Ensure compliance and no major audit observations.
Key Skill Requirements:
Professional qualification : CA with at least 8 to 9 years of experience , preferably in supply chain finance .
Proficiency in Excel , power query , PowerPoint , financial modelling and analytical experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to engage stakeholders and challenge based on expertise and personal creditability.
Experience working in matrix organisation.
Cross functional collaboration skills and relationships building
