Job Description

A leading Real Estate group in Mumbai is looking to hire for the position of Sr. Manager Sales & marketing for their corporate office and sites. Graduates/Post graduates, preferably with a degree/diploma in Marketing and Sales Management/Engineering, having about 8-12 years experience in real estate/ reputed builder, with a flair for customer-oriented sales and result oriented approach. The candidate need to ensure overall achievement of sales targets, monitor and to ensure effective management of leads, maximize sales, ensure post sales management, provide inputs to management based on MIS data and customer requirement, ensure prompt responsiveness, ability to handle loan formalities, interactions with bankers. The candidate should possess excellent operational and communication skills, pleasing personality and confidence and good rapport with Corporates. Knowledge of social media platform would be added advantage. Age: 35-45 years.
