Sr. Interior Designer & 3d Visualizer

We are looking for a Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer with at least 5+ year of experience in the 3D designing. The candidate should have an eye for detail and a passion for design. Interpret the client s needs and to design solutions with high visual impact
Creating Conceptualizing layouts, advertisement, brochures, fliers, handouts etc.
Provide creative input to various projects and assignment
Passion to think out of the box and create cutting edge ideas under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent level of proficiency with 3D Max, Vray Photoshop Autocad is a Must.
Create a variety of 3D environments.
Experience in design workout
Experience in follow up implementation of 3D designs
Ability to create both high and low poly models
Experience with physically based rendering
Excellent eye for lighting, color and details.
Understanding client brand guidelines to ensure design meets client requirements
Full awareness of architectural and interior design aspects
Working to deadlines and under-pressure
Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept
Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision
Participate in internal and consultant meetings
Be wildly creative and push the boundaries!
Understand the client s needs, wants, and expectations for the project
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and materials boards for approval by the client
Manage and coordinate the work of junior designers, drafters, and support staff
Supervise the installation of all materials on site
Conduct on-site inspections during construction and after completion to ensure that the work meets the specifications
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors

Requirements and Skills:
3D designing software s such as 3ds Max/ V-ray, AutoCAD,
Complete knowledge of 3D modelling, lighting and texturing of designs
Photoshop Must have experience in interior Designing.
Should be well versed in designing software s like 3ds Max, Photoshop, V Ray etc.
Ability to think out of the box and adapt designs to client s requirement.
Good Visualization ability to translate storyboards/graphics into complete Design concepts
