Sr HR Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and regulations in India
Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity
Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Conduct performance management and provide coaching to employees to improve performance

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Labour Laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and regulations in India
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
