Job Description

Senior Executive 5 to 10 Years

Any Bachelors or Masters degree

Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and negotiating the purchase of high-quality food products for export, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Your success will contribute to our overall profitability and expansion.

Good analytical skillsProficiency in MS office, google spreadsheet and ERP systemStrong Verbal, written communications skills Attention to detailsSmart in negotiation and networkingResearch,

evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to companys SOP

Identify and source reliable suppliers of food products meeting our quality standards and specifications.Negotiate and secure competitive prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers

Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production

Review of complaints received for trading items and co-ordinate with vendor

Ensure all purchase related documents comply with FSSC 22000 standards and specifications

Responsible for stock at outsourced warehouses

Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager

Conduct supplier audits and monitor their compliance with FSSC requirements
