Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Officer / Executive OPC Operations to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities at Outside Processing Centres (OPCs). The role will ensure smooth production, material movement, quality, cost and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with OPC vendors for smooth and timely operations.
Monitor OPC production, quality, yield, rework and rejection.
Ensure material movement, vehicle placement and timely FG dispatches.
Monitor inventory and conduct stock verification and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and APQP requirements.
Coordinate with Planning, R&D, Supply Chain, Plant, QA and QC teams.
Monitor OPC performance, process cost and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain OPC data, SAP reports and prepare MIS for management.
Support vendor audits, commercial audits and corrective actions.
Visit OPC locations as required for operational monitoring and process improvement.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical/Paint Technology) or Diploma (Chemical/Paint Technology).

Experience

2-6 years in Manufacturing / Production / Operations, preferably with experience in OPC / Outside Processing Operations.
