Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

To prepare annual and monthly budget files and get the same validated by seniors.
To prepare monthly budgeted vs actual cost and review it with seniors for variances.
To prepare all monthly provisions with all expenses of the Distribution and submit it to Finance Team.
To prepare and get the CFA Service Commissions released

i. Monthly tabulation & remittance as for CFA Agreement

ii. Half-yearly incentive basis audit score card as per CFA agreement.

iii. Adhoc commission to select CFAs viz. Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai

To ensure submission of Form V, NLEM process, Price Change Circulars to the Stockists.
To monitor the price change batches on daily basis from SAP and report it to NPPI/ IPDMS Site.
To ensure 100% reporting on same week along with Price revision circular to the Stockists.
To ensure immediate submission of Form V for Govt notifications wrt NLEM or Scheduled Drugs.
To collect all the bills from Vendors, validate them for accuracy and submit to finance for timely submission.
To coordinate with CSPs, ASWs, CFAs and Baroda Finance team for final Sum Insured Value and closely monitor that the CFAs are adequately insured.
To get the mail from Company Secretary and assess the CFA wise requirement of Board Resolution in case of change in address or Vendor.
To maintain records of CFA Agreements, Licenses, GSTN Certificate, Important Documents and ensure timely renewal of the required documents by coordinating with CFAs and ZCs.
To support ZCs in during month end closing for credit limit order releases.
To communicate effectively with internal & external customers
