Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate with Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce chains for bill collections within due dates
Monitor AR Ageing and take necessary actions
Maintain Accounts Receivable records and customer files
Manage recovery system and collection efforts
Perform periodic account reconciliations
Verify and process market claims from MT and E-commerce accounts
Control market spends within budget
Prepare Plan vs Actual spend variance reports
Prepare account-wise and activity-wise market spend analysis
Collect No Due Certificates from customers
Communicate with customers and CFAs
Train team members and monitor progress

Preferred candidate profile:

ERP knowledge, especially SAP SD & FICO modules
Strong knowledge of Market Claims, Accounts Recievables Management, and Reconciliation
Experience in FMCG company
