Sr. Engineer Recovery PDC

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor electricity bill outstanding, recovery cases, PDC cases, and ageing on a regular basis.
Plan and allocate field activities for recovery and PDC cases.
Conduct customer follow-ups regarding outstanding electricity bills, payment status, and payment commitments.
Track payment commitments and ensure timely conversion into actual payments.
Monitor high-value, overdue, and ageing consumer accounts and take appropriate action.
Coordinate with Recovery, Billing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Field Operations teams for case resolution.
Support field teams in customer visits and recovery-related activities.
Identify discrepancies or issues related to consumer accounts, billing, payments, and recovery cases.
Maintain case-wise records, trackers, and supporting documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly recovery MIS covering collection achievement, ageing, pending cases, and field productivity.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned recovery targets.
Escalate critical, high-value, and long-pending cases to the appropriate authority.
Handle customer escalations related to outstanding electricity bills and payment matters.
Ensure timely closure of recovery/PDC cases within defined TAT and SLA.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
