Mechanical Engineers with 17 to 28 years of experience on system/process engineering in municipal water and wastewater projects.

The brief job description which we are looking for is as below:

1. Can perform calculation which includes pipe sizing calculations, pipe thickness calculations, pump sizing calculation, blower control valve sizing calculations, heat exchanger sizing, boiler sizing, etc.

2. Conceptual design, Preliminary Design Report, P&ID, Layout and Specification development.

3. Vendor Pre-Bid Engineering - Equipment & commodities RFP preparation, bid clarification and bid evaluation.

4. Vendor Post Bid Engineering Review of documents and approval, coordination with Vendor and internal team, site coordination for technical queries.

5. Shall have experience or familiarity on water and wastewater systems, typical systems which we are looking to perform design & engineering worked above in point 1 to 4 are listed below, candidate may not have exposure to all but open learn and understand quickly would be preferred:

a. Pumping systems (water, sewage, wastewater, sludge, and sea water)

b. Water Treatment Plant

c. Wastewater Treatment Plant

d. Screening System

e. Aeration blowers, BNR Basins Diffusers and control valves

f. Bridge Cranes, monorail hoist

g. Compresses Air system.

h. Engine Generator and diesel fuel storage tank

i. Boilers, Heat Exchangers and Heating Water Piping

j. Digester Mixing, Gas Piping, Membrane Gas Holders & Waste Gas Burners

k. Screw Conveyors, Thickeners, Centrifuges

l. Odor Control System
