PS Digitech HR is looking for Sr Engineer- Aviation Sector to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Develop and deliver training programs for aviation professionals, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground staff.Collaborate with airline companies and regulatory bodies to ensure that training programs meet industry standards and regulations.Conduct training needs assessments and develop training materials and modules based on identified needs.Deliver training sessions through a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, computer-based training, and simulator training.Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training programs remain relevant and effective.Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the training process.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with computer-based training software and flight simulators.
