Sr Business Analyst (Research)- Financial Services - 3+ Years - Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to support executive search and leadership advisory engagements. This role involves research, project management, market mapping, and delivering high-impact insights while working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities –

1. Execute end-to-end client engagements, including research, analysis, and project management.
2. Conduct market mapping, talent identification, and candidate assessment for executive search assignments.
3. Develop high-quality deliverables such as role specifications, candidate reports, and industry insights.
4. Support consultants with strategic inputs, sector research, and business development insights.
5. Contribute to knowledge management, internal initiatives, and team capability building.

Requirements –

1. 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, executive search, or research roles.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
3. Experience in project management and stakeholder interaction.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree / MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
