Job Description
Applicants should be BE/Dip. in Civil Engineering with 12 to 20 years experience in Billing and Contract finalisation, Quantity survey, rate analysis and estimation. Should be conversant with modes of measurements and detailed specifications of all kinds of Interior and amenity along with civil works. To perform quantity calculation for Residential and commercial building estimation/verification of quantities. Able to do rate analysis for all item of civil, interior and amenity with the actual executed quantities. Should have good experience in cost estimation and budgeting for residential / hotels / commercial projects. To perform market survey of the latest material rates from vendors. Ensuring documentation as per laid down procedures.
Age : 35-40 years.
