Job Description
Manage and maintain Portfolio Account in System
Pricing of portfolio and liaise with 3 rd parties for pricing
Booking of Funding and Distribution
Booking of Various Cash Flows in Accounting Systems like Expense , Income , Accruals , Dividend etc Analyzing Income Statement and Balance sheet report
Perform reconciliation between Bank and Accounting System and interact internal/external for any break resolution
Various other ad-hoc analytics, reports, and deliverables related Portfolio level
Analyzing Performance of the portfolio
Finalizing Monthly /Quarterly NAV of the Portfolio
Interacting with client / external parties via phone and email
Maintaining quality and quantity standard set up by client and promptly escalated to reporting Manager in case of delays and deliverables
Working under pressure and getting things done in specified timelines
