Job Description

The Media Operations Executive will support the media team by managing data-driven operational tasks such as media plan uploads, billing support, tracker maintenance, and reporting.
This role is highly structured, Excel-intensive, and suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and repetitive processes.

Key Responsibilities

Media Operations Data Management
Maintain and update media plans, trackers, and reports using Microsoft Excel
Support upload and validation of media activity data (campaign details, spends, dates, platforms)
Assist in billing and reconciliation support by tracking invoices, spends, and variances
Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data across internal systems
Coordinate with planning, buying, and finance teams for data clarifications

Reporting Quality Checks
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports using pre-defined templates
Perform basic data checks and validations to identify discrepancies
Flag errors or missing data to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

Process Adherence
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for media operations
Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information
Support documentation and process improvements when required

Required Skills Competencies

Essential (Must-Have)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Comfortable with formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with structured, repetitive, and process-driven tasks
Basic computer proficiency (email, file management, MS Office tools)
Willingness to learn media tools and internal systems (training will be provided)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to data entry, operations, finance, or reporting roles
Familiarity with large datasets or trackers
Prior experience in a corporate or agency environment

Media agency experience is NOT mandatory. Selection will be based on skills and task-based assessment.
