1. Structural Design & Engineering
   
• Lead and oversee structural design activities for high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use construction projects.
• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations and technical specifications.
• Ensure structural safety, stability, durability and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
2. Consultant Coordination
   
• Coordinate with RCC consultants, structural design consultants, architects and project execution teams.
• Review structural drawings and resolve design-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of structural drawings and technical inputs as per project requirements.
3. Value Engineering & Cost Optimisation
   
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation without compromising structural safety or quality.
• Evaluate alternative structural systems, materials and construction methodologies.
• Recommend innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.
4. Construction & Technical Support
   
• Guide project execution teams on structural engineering aspects and best construction practices.
• Provide technical solutions for complex structural challenges encountered during project execution.
• Ensure coordination between structural design and on-site construction requirements.
5. Quality & Compliance
   
• Ensure adherence to relevant IS codes, NBC provisions and applicable structural engineering standards.
• Establish quality benchmarks and review mechanisms for structural design deliverables.
• Monitor design quality, technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
6. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
   
• Lead, mentor and guide the structural design and engineering team.
• Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for structural design coordination.
• Drive innovation and adoption of advanced construction technologies and engineering solutions.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, Tekla and other relevant structural engineering software.
• Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, foundation systems and high-rise structural engineering.
• Expertise in structural analysis, design review, value engineering and construction methodologies.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
