Job Description

Manage system configuration, enhancement, and lifecycle management.
Provide second-level application support and utilize third-level support as needed.
Resolve technical issues related to various phases of the systems' lifecycle.
Conduct appropriate technical and user testing and documentation to comply with industry regulations.
Serve as a subject matter expert in concepting, implementation, and upgrade projects.
Understand laboratory systems and processes to provide optimal solutions.

Job Requirements

Experience in application support and lifecycle management within a corporate organization.
Knowledge of IT technical aspects such as database, servers, network, AD, SSO, DNS, firewalls, and API keys.
Experience with Empower CDS and LIMS systems, including LIMS-SAP integration.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into enhancements or solutions.
Capability to manage architectural concepts of own solutions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Task-oriented with a learning attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written).
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT from a reputed college/university.
