Solution Architect (Lending)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Own end-to-end technology delivery across architecture design, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and production support for Retail Banking applications.
Lead Retail Banking technology solutions covering Digital Channels, Lending/LOS, Customer Onboarding, KYC, Payments, and Core Banking systems.
Manage application stability and production support, including incident management, RCA, defect resolution, SLA adherence, and prevention of recurring issues.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Vendors, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive technology modernization and process improvements through automation, API integrations, cloud, microservices, SRE practices, and application standardization.
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and escalations, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business, regulatory, and technology requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Technology-heavy role with approximately 6070% technical and 30–40% functional responsibility.
Strong solution architecture capabilities including architecture design, solutioning, troubleshooting/L2 analysis support, and stakeholder engagement.
Consumer lending platforms and related technology architecture.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Ability to align business and technology teams effectively.
Technology product organizations.
Technology-focused fintech companies with strong architecture and engineering depth
