About Us:
We build high-performance trading and financial data systems used by active market participants. Our stack includes C#, Go, MSSQL, real-time data pipelines, and API-driven systems.
We are strengthening our engineering discipline and are hiring a serious QA Engineer who understands software systems, not just test cases.
Role Overview
You will own quality across backend systems, data pipelines, APIs, and frontend applications. You must think beyond manual testing and drive automation, regression coverage, and release reliability.
This is not a checklist role. This is a system-responsibility role.
Responsibilities
- Design test strategy for backend and data-heavy systems
- Create automated test suites (API, database, integration)
- Build regression pipelines
- Validate data accuracy (critical for trading systems)
- Perform load and stress testing
- Work closely with developers during sprint cycles
- Maintain test documentation and release sign-offs
- Identify process gaps and enforce quality discipline
- Build CI/CD testing integration (where applicable)
Required Skills
- 36 years experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of backend systems and APIs
- Experience with:
- API testing tools (Postman / RestAssured / similar)
- Automation frameworks (Selenium / Playwright / similar)
- Database validation (SQL required)
- Understanding of software lifecycle and release management
- Comfortable working with developers directly
- Good debugging capability
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech / trading systems
- Performance testing experience
- CI/CD exposure
- Basic scripting (Python / JS)
