Sr. Software Engineer Embedded Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer with hands-on

experience in C programming, Linux Internal, Embedded Linux, Kernel level

programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing,

and testing firmware. The candidate should have a strong background in developing

embedded systems and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to

deliver high-quality firmware solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, test, and maintain embedded firmware/software for multiple chipset variants/platforms(boards)

Technical lead development team Technical interface with Customer/Platform/Validation teams Triaging of issues, debug, and fix issues

Skills and competencies needed

Interfaces/ Communication protocols: BLE, Wi-Fi, SPI, I2C, USB, SDIO, UART, Ethernet

Processors: STM32 series, TI Processors, NXP processors, Qualcomm etc. Proven experience with minimum two years in C programming, Linux Internal,

Embedded Linux, Kernel level programming, Device Driver Programming,

Multi-Threading in latest Linux Operating System.

Capability to write thread safe codes.

Proven experience in Security testing.

Roven experience of working in Network Programming, file systems, memory

Management, and inter-process communication in Linux.

Ability to compile and use open-source libraries.

Ability to write build scripts and knowledge of build systems such as Makefile,

CMake, Ninja.

Development skills in Linux environment using GNU compiler tools, Knowledge

of GNU Debugger GDB.

SW development/ configuration tools: STM32Cube, STM32 IDE, GIT/SVN Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience in Technical Documentation.

Static Code Analysis using Parasoft, Klocwork, Etc. Education

B.E/ Btech/MTech/ MS (Engineering or Research) with CGPA 6.5 or higher
