Software Developer Intern

Job Description

Requirements

Strong understanding of core web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases, along with familiarity with frontend frameworks (React.js preferred).
Working knowledge of at least one backend language or framework such as PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii) or Node.js.
Basic proficiency in databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), including writing and optimising simple queries.
Exposure to Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of API integration and experience in building simple RESTful endpoints.
Solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) for writing efficient and optimised code.
Good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and writing clean, modular, maintainable code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to understand and execute product requirements effectively.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Good To Have

Experience working on personal, academic, or internship projects involving both frontend and backend development.
Interest in performance optimisation and writing efficient, scalable code.
Curiosity about AI-assisted development, LLMs, and integrating AI into existing systems or workflows.
Willingness to explore DevOps tools or cloud services such as AWS, Linux terminal, or Docker.
