Social Sector Expert

Job Description

Enhance product and service offerings: Identify opportunities to improve our existing platform and develop new solutions that meet the evolving needs of the social sector.
Refine product features: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our features are user-friendly, effective, and address the specific challenges faced by organizations in the development sector.
Optimize customer interaction strategies: Develop and implement strategies to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our platform and maximize the value they derive from our solutions.

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working in the development sector, particularly in areas like CSR, project management, and impact assessment
A proven track record of 8 years+ experience of collaborating with non-profit organizations and other stakeholders in the development sector
Experience designing and implementing impactful social programs
A strong understanding of data-driven approaches to measuring and amplifying social impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A passion for social impact and a desire to leverage technology to drive positive change
