About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow brand presence in the beauty and cosmetic space. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns for beauty and skincare products
Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement
Stay updated with latest social media and beauty industry trends
Handle community management and respond to audience queries/messages

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media management (beauty/cosmetic industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies and trends
Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics tools
Creative mindset with good copywriting skills
Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
