Role & responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage posts, campaigns, and sponsored content.
• Grow company and personal LinkedIn pages for brand visibility.
• Engage with industry groups, build networks, and generate leads.

WhatsApp Automation

• Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API and automation tools.
• Design campaigns for customer engagement, follow-ups, and notifications.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics.

Google My Business (GMB)

• Maintain and optimize GMB profiles for multiple locations.
• Update posts, offers, images, and business information regularly.
• Respond to customer queries and reviews promptly.

Google Reviews & Reputation Management

• Monitor and manage online reviews across Google platforms.
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
• Address negative reviews tactfully to maintain brand reputation.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for better ranking.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing issues).
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be more than 18 Years of age.

And should have atleast a few knowledge on the above mentioned Roles.
