What You ll Do:
Train and mentor fundraising teams for maximum impact
Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback
Foster a positive, motivating environment that drives results
Represent one of the world s most respected humanitarian organizations

You re a Great Fit If You Have:
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in team management (fundraising or sales preferred)
Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Marketing, MSW, or related field preferred)
