Responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, analyzing market trends, and effectively managing the replenishment process.Maintaining a seamless flow of products to our stores and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a leadership position that requires strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)

• Market research and analysis on latest trends
  
• New Design Introduction Stock fill planning
  
• Based on the data placing order for the products with vendors
  
• Assess quantity of product against demand and supply
  
• Responsible for finalizing quality and caratage of the products
  
• Ensuring required Jewellery delivery with the TAT.
  
• Identifying the location where the product will be most desired
  
• Design offers and discount to be associated with the product
  
• Design Ranking
  
• Product Life Cycle Management
  
• Coordinate with the stores for replenishment on daily basis.
  
• Season Up stocking
  
• Strong in excel & stakeholder management
  
• Data Gap Analysis for New Product Introduction
  
• Sales and Order projection
  
• Market benchmarking Gold rate, diamond rate, buyback, exchange, making charges
  

Skill Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in replenishment management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
  
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  
• Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Strong knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the jewellery industry.
  
• Familiarity with product life cycle management and inventory control principles.
  
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
