Job Description

Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 35 Years

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site vendors.
Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, and detailed execution drawings.
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and finishing standards.
Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions prior to execution.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, and overall site management.
Coordinate material deliveries and monitor site requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the project team regularly.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site execution issues.
Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
Attend client meetings and site discussions as required.
Manage snag rectification and final finishing activities before project handover.
Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
35 years of experience in interior site supervision and execution.
Good knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and execution processes.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and site layouts.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and site activities simultaneously.
Responsible, punctual, and solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
