Job Description:

The Site Engineer (uPVC Windows & Doors) acts as the technical expert on-site, supervising installation contractors and ensuring that high-rise or residential projects are completed according to company standards and client requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision: Conduct site surveys, take precise measurements, plan & coordination with installation team, handling of materials, supervise daily installation tasks to ensure they are on schedule and complete Handing over of sites.
Technical Guidance: Provide on-site technical assistance, resolving issues related to alignment, sealing, and hardware fitting.
Quality Control (QC): Ensure installations comply with safety standards, quality guidelines, and structural performance requirements.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, factory production, and installation contractors.
Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, installation checklists, and update records for project completion.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of uPVC window/door profiles, hardware, accessories, glazing and right way of installation to ensure good performing windows.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural layouts.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot fabrication and installation challenges.

Communication: Good communication skills for client interaction and team management.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, ERP systems (SAP), or estimation software (EVA).
