Job Description

Job Purpose:
To supervise daily construction work at site and ensure it is completed safely, correctly, and on time.

Main Duties:
1. Supervise Work Check day-to-day activities like RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing as per drawings.
2. Manage Labor Assign tasks to workers and contractors. Mark attendance and monitor productivity.
3. Quality Check Ensure correct line, level, and material usage. Report defects.
4. Material Control Request materials needed for work. Check quantity and quality when received. Reduce wastage.
5. Safety Make sure all workers wear PPE. Follow safety rules and report accidents.
6. Daily Reporting Send daily progress, labor, and material reports to office via WhatsApp/call.
7. Site Records Maintain site diary, pour cards, and measurement sheets for billing.
8.Hard work and dedication, Teamwork skills.
