Site Supervisor (PAN India)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee commercial interior fit-out projects across various locations in India. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining project timelines.

It's a PAN India Job for multiple locations depending on available sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site execution activities for commercial projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, work quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure proper execution of interior finishing works as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track material movement and ensure availability of required resources at site.
• Report daily site progress to the project team and management.
• Resolve on-site execution and coordination issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, interior finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Good understanding of drawings, layouts, and construction processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on-site.
• Good communication, supervision, and team handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across PAN India locations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial fit-outs, office interiors, retail interiors, or corporate projects.
• Basic knowledge of project planning and site documentation.
• Ability to manage timelines and maintain quality standards under deadlines.
