Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production and installation process of our design projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of all aspects of design, construction, safety protocols and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and installation activities to ensure they are in line with project timelines and specifications.
Monitor progress on site and provide regular updates to the Project/ Business Manager.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, company policies and procedures on site.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design requirements and industry standards.
Address any issues or concerns arising on site in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including photos, reports, invoices & receipts.
Provide guidance and support to site workers when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in related field (Construction, Interiors, etc.)
Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor in the architecture, interiors or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, materials, installation processes, and industry best practices.
Ability to read and understand design drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate with contractors, clients & team members at all levels.
Flexibility to work on-site, which may include irregular hours or travel as required.
