Job Purpose:
The Site Supervisor will be monitoring all Interior Finishing works on-site day-to-day and reporting the progress status to the Project Manager. Besides, you will be keeping a watchful eye on the Contractors as well as Construction Workers.
What would you be required to do
- Monitor entire execution activities on daily basis. To be stationed at site.
- Co-ordinate with all the agencies / vendors.
- Inspecting construction site regularly to identify and eliminate any safety
- hazards. Educating all workers on safety regulations.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as contractors.
- Maintaining daily progress reports and reporting to the Manager.
- Should be able to read drawings and instruct the workers accordingly.
- Project planning.
- Follow quality standards. Maintain check list to achieve required quality
- standards.
- Highlight any risk if any during the execution stage.
- Tracking / planning material deliveries.
- Resource planning.
- Sound knowledge of construction techniques.
- Monitor day-to-day activities.
- Checking and authorization of contractors / vendors measurements and bills.
- Maintain material records.
What skills are we looking for
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience 4 to 8 years
- Interior Design experience is preferred.
- Graduate with experience in handling residential projects.
- Hands on experience in overall execution of residential projects.
- Co-ordination Communication.
- Planning Scheduling.
