Job Description

Understand & interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
On site activities planning.
Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
Quantity Check.
Scheduling tasks & assigning responsibilities.
Handling Manpower + Labour + Material.
Execution of the project to ensure that the execution is in line with the approved drawings.
Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
Ensuring site installation is done in proper manner as per specifications.
To ensure that the materials is utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.
To supervise the progress of work at site as per drawings approved by client.
To ensure material availability at site.
To coordinate with other vendors work at site in case of dependency works and ensure and there is no delay to the project deadline.
