Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
Location: As per Project Requirements

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with 3 to 5 years of experience in Structural Repairs, External Painting, Waterproofing, and Building Restoration. The candidate will be responsible for the complete supervision of site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Project Supervision

• Undertake full-time site supervision of Structural Repair, Waterproofing, External Painting, and Building Restoration projects.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from commencement to completion.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and efficient utilization of materials and equipment.

Client & Consultant Coordination

• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project progress, challenges, and technical updates.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved through effective coordination and timely decision-making.

Site Inspection & Technical Support

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly to maintain project quality and timelines.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and approved methodologies.
• Enforce safety practices, PPE compliance, and statutory regulations at site.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Maintain records of labour attendance, material consumption, and work progress.
• Report project status, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of structural repair and waterproofing methodologies.
• Experience in external painting and fa•ade restoration works.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent planning, supervision, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction quality practices.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 35 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Ability to independently handle multiple project sites.
• Strong leadership with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
