Job Description

Create Mindmaps, visual boards, sitemap & siteflow for any campaign or category specific pages. Coordinate & manage resources to provide a smooth jounrey on CLP, PLP & PDP pages by playing a critical role in enhancing consumer experience on UI

Collaborate with the design & copy team (creative dep) to enhance & optimize the communication across the site (manage all the IPs). Create brief documents
Plan yearly, quarterly, monthly & daily calendar for the site by analyzing historic data & basis the inputs from marketing, category & site research team
Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and influence product roadmap. Analyze the heatmaps as well in order to understand user behavior better
Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs & accordingly define success metrics, funnel structure, measurement methods and reporting processes along with the BI team
