Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team for high rise residential construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both structural (RCC) and finishing works and must have successfully seen through at least one residential project from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of work as per the approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate and monitor all civil works including RCC (foundation, columns, beams, slabs) and finishing works (plastering, tiling, painting, fixtures, etc.).
Ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with the project schedule.
Manage subcontractors, labor, and material resources efficiently
Conduct regular inspections and resolve any on-site technical issues.
Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and labor attendance.
Monitor and control wastage of materials and enforce cost-effective practices.
Coordinate and manage site handover procedures and ensure completion of snag lists.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
Must have completed at least one full residential project cycle (from excavation to handover).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
