Job Description
Overview:
The Site Engineer for Projects/Construction plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects in the Bandra to Andheri area. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction activities
- Manage project timelines and progress
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor and report on project budget and expenses
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients regarding project updates
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Implement and enforce site regulations and guidelines
Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and building codes
- Experience in managing and leading construction teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
