*Job Designation; Fit out Executive - 3rd party payroll (Ciel HR Service)*

*Role & responsibilities*

The Fitout Executive will manage tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and building standards. The role involves coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support seamless execution of all fit-out work and maintain building upkeep during and after the process.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Review and manage fit-out drawings and approvals.
Conduct daily site visits to monitor ongoing work.
Issue work permits (hot work, night work, etc.) and coordinate security access.
Maintain fit-out tracker and documentation (drawings, approvals, snag lists).
Ensure adherence to safety standards: No Safety, No Work.
Guide contractors on site procedures and resolve minor issues.
Support the upkeep and cleanliness of the building during fit-out phases.
Recommend energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with client design controls.

*Preferred candidate profile*

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
4-5years of experience in fit-out or construction coordination.

Skills:

Strong coordination, documentation, and site supervision skills.
Detail-oriented with working knowledge of fit-out procedures and safety protocols.Role & responsibilities
