We are currently hiring for the position of FEM Simulation Engineer (Experienced) with a well-established organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in FEA and simulation analysis.

Position Details:

Designation: FEM Simulation Engineer
Experience: 48 Years
Qualification: Post-Graduation or Graduate in Design Engineering / Applied Mechanics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
CTC: 15 – 18 LPA
Openings: 03

Key Requirements:

Sound background of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Mechanical basics and Advanced Strength of Materials.
Basic understanding on material behavior of rubber/polymers.
Understanding and hands on experience in of any FEA tools (Abaqus, Hypermesh, etc)
Added advantage over the skills/knowledge in programming (Python, Matlab or equivalent)
Hands on experience in solving non-linear analysis, contact and convergence problems, etc.
Hands on experience in Ride & handling simulations
Hands on experience in Explicit simulation

Roles & Responsibilities:

2D and 3D meshing of the Tire models using Hypermesh
Building and analysis of the FEA Tire model using Abaqus for performance evaluation
Post processing of the simulation results
Resolution of convergence issues in Abaqus
Preparation of the Simulation results report and discussion with the customer
Expected to propose suggestions to meet/improve the performance requirements
Participation and coordination with CFT’s involving PD, Design, Material, Testing, etc.
Development of advanced simulation methods to meet the demands for current and futuristic needs
